MERCHANT ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need to change my current bank?
A: No, you do not need to change your current bank. EXS has the ability
to deposit funds from credit card transactions into any U.S. business
checking account.
Q: How long is it before the funds are transferred into my account?
A: Funds from a VISA or MasterCard transaction are deposited into
your business checking account within 24 to 48 hours. Funds from an
American Express or Discover Card transaction are deposited within
2 to 3 business days not including weekends or holidays.
Q: How good are my chances of being approved for a merchant account?
A: We have a 95% approval rating.
E-COMMERCE QUESTIONS
Q: I already have a shopping cart but I need credit card processing,
can you help me?
A: YES. Our online real-time processing software options are compatible
with nearly all shopping cart and order page scripts. If you are unsure
or concerned, do not hesitate to contact our technical support staff

Q: I am in the process of designing my Website, anything I should know?
A: Be aware! The best advice possible for new merchants in any field
is to be aware of all the costs and charges involved. Ask lots of
questions and demand answers. At EXS, we understand that you are not
an expert on credit card processing but our goal is to assist you
on the road to becoming one.
Q: What type of Internet software do you offer?
A: EXS offers a wide variety of software products for Internet merchants

is Authorize.net or Plug 'N Pay which offers added security for
end-to-end protection for merchants processing over the Internet.

Q: Do you carry solutions for Mac/Apple Systems?
A: Yes! EXS provides solutions for Windows as well as Mac operating
systems, allowing you to process transactions from any computer you

Q: How easy is it to install? Can I call for help?
A: The difficulty of installation for our software programs varies
greatly. However, all new merchant accounts receive a complimentary
complete walk through via tele-training. On site training installation
is dependent upon availability and location, but we are always
open to answer any questions you may have about your new credit card
processing system. Our multi-lingual training department can be reached
Monday through Friday during normal business operating hours.
Q: What do I need?
A: All you need is a computer and access to the Internet. Depending
on the unique requirements of your business, the type of software
solution that is the best fit may include an accounting program, a
recurring billing interface, a partial payment option, or a one-time
charge order function. Any and all of these options are available
to you through your EXS merchant account.
Q: Do I need software for the Internet E-Commerce packages?
A: No. The Internet E-Commerce packages available at EXS involve
web-based software that can be accessed from any computer anywhere
in the world at anytime.
